The City of Dania Beach is seeking the services of a professional planning firm or other qualified person or entity to review and evaluate the City’s Comprehensive Plan and prepare its Evaluation and Appraisal Report (EAR) as mandated by Florida Statute Chapter 163. The selected Consultant will assist the City in coordinating and facilitating amendments to the City of Dania Beach Comprehensive Plan based on recommendations received during the EAR process. 

Proposals will be accepted on DemandStar until 10:00 a.m. on April 24, 2023.Proposals received after this time will be rejected. Proposals will be publicly opened immediately after the submission deadline noted above; interested parties may join the opening with the information below:
