The Dania Beach Community Redevelopment Agency (CRA) is seeking proposals for the acquisition of a CRA-owned duplex, located at 509 – 511 NW 3rd Terrace, Dania Beach, Florida to be renovated or rebuilt as for-rent or for-sale low income affordable (80% AMI) housing. The CRA will consider the highest price offer from an experienced, qualified affordable housing developer/provider, with the financial capability to acquire the property at the agreed upon price and complete the repairs/redevelopment of the property in a timely manner.
Proposals will be accepted on DemandStar until 10:00 am on September 19, 2022. Proposals recevied after this time will be rejected. Proposals will be publicly opened immediatley after the submission deadline noted above; interested parties may join the opening with the information below:
