The City of Dania Beach, Florida, will be accepting sealed Bids for its “FRANK C. ‘TOOTIE’ ADLER PARK IMPROVEMENTS, ITB 22-027”. The project consists of a range of improvements including the installation of exercise stations, play structures, walking trails, picnic areas and restrooms to the park as outlined in Attachment ‘A’, technical specifications.

This project will be partially funded by State funds and as such Bidders must consider the compliance requirements contained in the Grant Agreement, number A21002, between the City of Dania Beach and the Florida Department of Environmental Protection. All state and federal requirements contained in the agreement are applicable to the respondent.

Bids will be accepted on DemandStar until August 31, 2022, at 10:00 AM. Bids received after this time will be rejected. Bids will be publicly opened at 10:15 a.m. on the submission deadline, interested parties may join the opening with the information below:
