A Public Hearing will be conducted by the City of Dania Beach City Commission on the following date to consider the following application:
The City Commission will be conducting a “Hybrid” commission meeting in the Commission Chamber with limited public access and utilizing communications media technology (“CMT”) for additional access, in accordance with Ordinance No. 2021-012, adopted February 9, 2021, and Resolution No. 2021-070, adopted May 11, 2021, related to conducting public meetings while under the public health emergency related to the spread of Novel Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19).

SUBJECT: RZ-055-21: The applicant, 3851 Stirling Holdings, LLLP, is requesting rezoning (Zoning Map Amendment) from the Single- Family Estate Residential District (E-1) to the Planned Residential Development District (PRD-1) for property generally located at 3851 Stirling Road. (Second Reading)
The following is the proposed Ordinance of the matter:
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF DANIA BEACH, FLORIDA, APPROVING THE REQUEST, MADE BY ROD A. FEINER, ESQ., ON BEHALF OF 3851 STIRLING HOLDINGS, LLLP, FOR A REZONING (RZ-055-21) AND ALLOCATION OF FLEXIBILITY UNITS AND COMMERCIAL FLEXIBILITY (OT-057-21), FOR PROPERTIES GENERALLY LOCATED AT 3851 STIRLING ROAD, IN THE CITY OF DANIA BEACH, FLORIDA, AS LEGALLY DESCRIBED IN EXHIBIT “A,” A COPY OF WHICH IS ATTACHED TO THIS ORDINANCE; CHANGING THE CURRENT ZONING CLASSIFICATION OF THE PROPERTIES FROM ESTATE (E-1) TO PLANNED RESIDENTIAL DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT (PRD-1), SUBJECT TO CERTAIN RESTRICTIONS; AND AMENDING THE CITY’S ZONING MAP TO REFLECT THE REZONING OF THE PARCEL; PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS; PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY; AND FURTHER, PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.

The City does not provide or prepare such record pursuant to F.S. 286.0105.
