SUBJECT: VA-39-19/VA-75-19/VA-76-19/OT-73-19/SE-74-19/SP-18-19: The applicant, Damon T. Ricks, on behalf of the property owner Liberty Propertied Trust, is requesting an exception, a special exception, variances and site plan approval for the property located at 4030 S. State Road 7.
The following is the hearing of the proposed Resolution.
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF DANIA BEACH, FLORIDA, APPROVING THE SITE PLAN (SP-018-19), VARIANCES (VA-39-19, VA-75-19, VA-76-19), DESIGN EXCEPTION (OT-73-19), AND SPECIAL EXCEPTION (SE-74-19) REQUESTS, SUBMITTED BY THE PROPERTY OWNER, LIBERTY PROPERTY LIMITED PARTNERSHIP FOR PROPERTY GENERALLY LOCATED ON THE EAST SIDE OF STATE ROAD 7 BETWEEN I-595 AND POWELLS ROAD IN THE CITY OF DANIA BEACH, FLORIDA AS LEGALLY DESCRIBED IN EXHIBIT “A;” PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS; FURTHER, PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
