"I’m Shahar Wolfson and I’m 13 years old and in 8th grade. I was born in Israel and moved to Florida around 2015. As I was in school and desperately trying to learn English, I was also learning another language. Music! Who would’ve thought that looking at dots with lines on a piece of paper would be harder than words ??. But seriously...even tho I’m young, I am positive that all I want in life is to be an artist and share with people what I’ve got. I am very excited to be playing at Art In The Hall. It’s an amazing opportunity for me to achieve exactly that. I was always singing in the house and if you ask my family they’ll tell you...ALL THE TIME. In second grade I held a violin for the first time and a bit after moving to Florida, I committed to learning it. I got my ukulele a year ago on my 12th birthday and taught myself how to play. I started playing the flute in sixth grade at school and the tenor saxophone three months ago with my school band (New River Middle School) and jazz band. I also play the flute with my school’s marching band. Collecting knowledge on everything is what I love to do and when i get opportunities to experience things and it’s also about what i love the most, I am the happiest ??
