Tenants’ and Users’ Liability Insurance Policy (TULIP) Dania Beach

TULIP Program

All City vendors and users of City property are required to carry minimum insurance limits.

Our Tenants’ and Users’ Liability Insurance Program (TULIP) provides low-cost special event insurance to users and vendors of the City of Dania Beach. TULIP is event specific and protects both the vendor, or third party, and the City against claims by individuals who could be injured or experience damage to property as a result of participating in an event. Events may range from weddings, charity events, and other celebrations.  Please ensure you have written approval to proceed with your event, prior to purchasing insurance.

In order to assist citizens in facilitating insurance, we have set up a low-cost insurance, web-based application branded as “Gather Guard.”  The insurance provided via the links below will meet the City’s minimum requirements.

Insurance through Gather Guard is location specific and event specific.   Please click on the link where your event is to be held and you will find the options available for insurance.  This insurance is payable by credit card online.  Upon completion of this quick process, a Certificate of Insurance will be electronically issued to you and copy will be sent to the City, thereby confirming compliance with the City’s insurance requirements.

Only the types of events specifically listed are available through Gather Guard. Please contact a different agency should you need insurance for an event not listed.
